医疗质量管理中PDCA循环运用

PDCA是用于医疗质量管理最常用的工具，但在实际运用过程中，普遍存在着没有应用品质管理手法，没有体现PDCA循环过程，方案缺乏可操作性以及缺乏充分的佐证资料等问题。为了避免这些问题，我们建立了PDCA管理的评价标准，强调在PDCA循环的每一个阶段、每一个步骤中都要充分、合理应用品管手法，以实现管理的科学性和有效性。

Application of PDCA Cycle in Medical Quality Management

PDCA is the most common medical quality management tool, but during the practical application, there are problems with it such as not applying quality management practices, not reflecting the PDCA cycle, lacking maneuverability and sufficient supporting information. To avoid these problems, we have established evaluation criteria for PDCA management with emphasis on adequate and reasonable application of quality management practices at every stage of the PDCA cycle in order to achieve scientific and effective management.
