摘    要:目前,关于对医院激励机制的研究多侧重于医护人员,对于管理岗位人员的激励是医院管理者容易忽视的问题。本文从目前医院行政管理人员普遍存在的几个问题入手,结合岗位设置中的热点问题,探讨构建医院行政管理人员激励机制的对策。行政管理人员激励机制的建立对消除行政人员的职业倦怠,提高专业工作水平和能力,增强竞争意识,提高医院管理效能有着积极的意义。

Abstract:At present, researches regarding hospital incentive mechanism mainly focus on the medical staffs rather than hospital administrative staffs, who are easy to be ignored by hospital directors. Based on the common problems existing in hospital administrative staffs, this paper explored the strategies of constructing an incentive mechanisms for hospital administrative staffs by combining hot issues in post setting. Establishing incentive mechanism for hospital administrative staffs has a positive meaning to eliminate their job burnout, improve their specialization, enhance their sense of competition and improve hospital management efficiency.
