5km越野训练对新兵心理影响的研究

目的　探讨全副武装 5km越野训练对不同文化程度、兵源及是否为独生子女的新兵心理卫生状况的影响 ,以便针对不同情况采取不同的心理疏导方案。方法　采用症状自评量表 (SCL 90 )对某部参加全副武装 5km越野训练的 116名新兵进行了症状自评量表 (SCL 90 )的测试与分析。结果　参加全副武装 5km越野训练新兵的阳性项目数和各因子分均明显高于我国军人常模 (P <0 0 1)。结论　全副武装 5km越野训练对新兵心理健康状况有较大的影响 ,而且不同文化程度、不同兵源及是否为独生子女等心理障碍的侧重点也不同 ,应该针对不同的心理障碍内容提供不同的心理疏导方案

Testing and Analysing of the Recruit's Psychology to Attending the 5 Kilometers Runing with Gun

Objective Probe into psychological healthy sate of the recruit who have distinct culturals standard and different resorces or a only child in their family or not,and takes the distinct step psychology aimed at the distinct situation of the recruit.Methods Adopts the SCL 90 to test and analyse of the recruit' s psychology to attending the 5 kilomerters runing with gun.Results The total score,total severity index,positive symptom total of the recruit were found to be significantly higher than those of the control group in army.Conclusion The 5 kilometers runing with gun had a great effect to the recruits.Their psychological healthy sate were different with their culturals standard,resources and birth.So the different psychology guid should be given to different recruit according to their characters.
