北京市昌平区2009年食品和公共场所从业人员HBsAg检测结果

目的了解北京市昌平区食品和公共场所从业人员乙肝病毒的感染情况。方法采用酶联免疫吸附试验（ELISA法）对昌平区食品和公共场所从业人员进行HBsAg检测。结果昌平区2009年参加体检的食品和公共场所从业人员76654人中HBsAg携带率为1.83%,男性HBsAg携带率比女性高（χ^2=55.44,P〈0.01）。食品和公共场所从业人员中该地与外埠户籍的人员HBsAg携带率分别为0.74%、2.18%,差异有统计学意义（χ^2=163.52,P〈0.01）。结论昌平区食品和公共场所从业人员中HBsAg携带率低于全国平均感染率（4.4%～8.0%）,但应继续坚持该行业从业人员每年的健康检查工作及在从业人员中开展乙肝疫苗的预防接种。

Analysis on HBsAg Levels of Food and Public Places Employees in Changping District of Beijing City

[Objective]To understand the infection status of HBV among food and public places employees in Changping District of Beijing City.[Methods]ELISA method was adopted to conduct HBsAg detection on employees.[Results]Of 76 654 employees received health examination in Changping District in 2009,the HBsAg carrying rate was 1.83%,that of male was higher than female（χ2=55.44,P0.01）,The HBsAg carrying rate of employees from local areas or other places was 0.74%,2.18%,respectively;the difference was significant（χ2=163.52,P0.01）.[Conclusion]The HBsAg carrying rate of food and public places employees in changing district was lower than national average levels（4.4%～8.0%）,but it is still necessary to implement annual health examination and vaccination of hepatitis B vaccine among employees of this industry.
