微波辐射聚合对树脂义齿基托孔隙的影响

摘    要:目的:探讨不同条件微波辐射聚合对树脂义齿基托孔隙的影响。方法:用4种不同的聚合方法2种树脂基托材料制作3种规格的标准试样120件,分为MH1、MH2、MH3和CH四组,每组每种材料和厚度规格的试样各5件。每试样截取3个测试面,用计算机显微摄影方法采集孔隙图像,记录孔隙的密度数据,统计分析。4种聚合方法分别是:实验组为3种不同的微波辐射聚合方法(Microwave Heating treatment,MH)即①MH1:162W,12 min分次间歇辐射;②MH2:162W,12 min持续辐射;③MH3:900W,3 min持续辐射;对照组选用传统水浴聚合方法(Conventional Heating treatment,CH)即(74±1)℃,12 h水浴恒温。2种材料即传统树脂(Conventional Resin,CR)和微波专用树脂(Microwave special design Resin,MR)。3种规格的试样分别为40 mm×10 mm×2 mm,40 mm×10 mm×4 mm和40 mm×10 mm×6 mm。结果:不同聚合方法,不同材料和不同厚度因素所得树脂试样的孔隙密度差异均有统计学意义(F聚合=3826.40,P〈0.0001;F材料=27.13,P〈0.0001;F厚度=37.81,P〈0.0001)。MH1与CH组两者之间试样的孔隙密度差异无统计学意义(F=0.41,P=0.5209)。MH2,MH3与CH组以及MH1,MH2,MH3组两两之间试样的孔隙密度差异均有统计学意义(FMH2与CH=825.64,FMH3与CH=8661.88,FMH1与MH2=789.30,FMH2与MH3=4139.03,P值均小于0.0001)。2 mm,4 mm和6 mm试样的孔隙密度两两之间差异均有统计学意义[F2与4=27.37(P〈0.0001),F2与6=74.50(P〈0.0001),F4与6=11.56(P=0.0010)]。聚合方法与材料(F=9.47,P〈0.0001),聚合方法与厚度(F=84.56,P〈0.0001),聚合材料与厚度(F=4.00,P=0.0213)两两之间均有交互作用。结论:微波低功率、短时间、间歇辐射可使树脂基托孔隙密度降到最小。

Abstract:Objective : This study investigated the effect of different methods of microwave radiation polymerization on the porosity of denture base resin. Methods: The 120 standard specimens in 3 kinds of specification were prepared respectively by 4 methods with 2 type denture base resin material that is Conventional Resin(CR) and the Microwave special design Resin (MR), then divided into 4 groups MH1, MH2, MH3 and CH. Per 5 in group in each type material and each thickness. After being polymerized, the specimens were cut so that 3 cross-sectional areas were formed.The picture of pore and its data were collected by the method using computer photographic. Then the data were analyzed. The 4 kinds of different methods of polymerization were treatment and control. The treatments were 3 kinds of different methods of Microwave Heating treatment (MH). They were (1) MH1 :162 W, 12 min, intermittent radiation;(2) MH2:162 W, 12 min keep on radiation;(3) MH3:900 W, 3 min keep on radiation. The control was chosen to use the Conventional Heating treatment,that was CH : (74 + 1 ) ℃ , 12 h water bath. The specimens size was 40 mm × 10 mm×2 mm, 40 mm ×10 mm×4 mm and 40 mm ×10 mm×6 mm. Results: It was different influence on the pore rates of the denture base resin in occurrences with the different factors of the polymerization methods, material and thickness. ( Fpolymerization = 3826.40, P 〈 0. 0001 ; Fmaterial= 27.13, P 〈 0. 0001 ; Fthickness = 37.81, P 〈 0. 0001 ). Between groups MHI and CH were not clinically significant ( F = 0. 41, P = 0. 5209 ). Between groups MH2, MH3 and CH, and all among group of three microwave methods were significant ( FMH2与CH = 825. 64, FMH3与CH = 8661. 88, FMH1与MH2 =789. 30,FMH2与MH3 =4139. 03 ,P 〈0. 0001 ). All among groups thickness of 2 mm,4 mm and 6 mm specimens were significant[ F2与4 = 27.37 ( P 〈 0. 0001 ) , F2与6 = 74.50 ( P 〈 0. 0001 ) , F4与6 = 11.56 ( P = 0. 0010) ].
