单睑下缘与睑缘间高度测量及临床关系的探讨

目的 为国人人类学积累资料，亦为探讨重睑术中设计重睑线的新方式。方法 对象为280例双眼眼部无畸形且均为单睑的青年人(男144人，女136人)，测量单睑下缘与睑缘之间的内、中、外三处垂立距离。结果 男女各点均值分别是内眦点为4．0mm，中央点为55mm，外眦点为3．5mm。结论 单睑下缘不宜作为重睑术中设计重睑线的标志线，但在单睑下缘于内，外眦点处上方0．5mm-1mm，中央点处上方1．0mm-2mm作重睑术设计标志线较为适宜。

On the measure and vtility in setting the highness between palpebra margin and the lower edge of a single eyelid

Objective:To accumulate data for chinese anthropology and to approach a new way of desingning the double eyelid line for operation.Method:The objects,280 cases with both nondeformitial single eyes,are all the young follows (made 144 and femdle 136).To measure the plumb distances,at inside,middle and outside spots,between the lower single eyelid edge and palpebra margins.Result:For both males and female,the mearts of distances at inner canthus,middle spot and outer canthus respectively are 4.0mm 5.5mm and 3.5mm.Conclusion:the lower single eyelid edge is not fit for designing a mark line for the double eyelid line operation But inside the lower single eyelid edges,it is suitable to set a mark line on the points 0.5mm-1mm upper than spots of inner canthus and outer canthus,and on the point 1mm-2mm upper than the middle spot.
