| 摘 要： | 目的对猪肺静脉心肌袖进行组织形态学观察,寻找可能引起局灶性心房颤动的形态学基础。方法成年家猪肺静脉心肌袖取自12只家猪心脏,石蜡包埋切片HE染色,光镜观察。结果猪肺静脉心肌袖组织分2~3层,随肺静脉的延续逐渐由环行变为斜行、纵行,在末端由结缔组织分隔包绕,呈卷曲散在分布。结论猪肺静脉心肌袖组织在肺静脉壁上的特征性分布,为局灶性房颤的发生提供了形态基础。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the pigs' myocardial sleeves in pulmonary veins, look for the modal foundation which may lead to focal atrial fibrillations.Methods The myocardial sleeves in pulmonary veins from 12 heart of pigs were embedded by paraffen and sliced ,then lices were tained with hemmatoxylin and eosin.The slices were examined by light microscope.Results The pigs' myocardial sleeves can be devided into two or three strata,and lasted along pulmonary veins,the directions of myocardial sleeves appeared a change from circular to oblique and longitudinal.At the terminals, they were encompassed and separated by connective tissue, and distributed dispersedly.Conclusion The characteristic distribution of pigs' myocardial sleeves in pulmonary veins possibly provides modal foundation for the occurance of focal atrial fibrillations. |
