外用1号乳膏对盖诺致静脉炎的研究

目的为基层医院使用盖诺提供一种经济、方便、可靠预防静脉炎的措施,保证化疗的顺利进行。方法对142例使用盖诺的患者进行预处理,采用对照方法,凡是入组者按用药的先后顺序随机分为对照组(冰敷组)和实验组(外用1号乳膏组),设单数为对照组,双数为实验组。记录不同患者不同时间静脉炎的发生情况。结果两种预处理方法效果比较,经卡方检验P<0.05,有显著性差异。实验组的预防效果静脉反应发生率为4.3%,明显的低于国内文献报道,达到了国内同行先进水平。结论外用1号乳膏可以应用外周静脉输入长春瑞滨(商品名:盖诺)。

Effect of 1st cremor usus externus on phlebitis caused by vinorelbine

Objective To provide an economic,convenient and reliable measure to prevent phlebitis and make chemotherapy proceed smoothly for primary hospitals.Methods 142 patients were randomly divided into control group(ice compress group,pretreated with ice compress before vinorelbine was used)and experimental group(1st cremor usus externus group,pretreated with 1st cremor before vinorelbine was used).The status of phlebitis occurrence was recorded at different time-qoints for all subjects.Results There was significant difference of prophylactic effect between two pretreatment ways via χ2 test(P<0.05).The incidence of phlebitis is 4.3% in experimental group,much lower than that reported by domestic literature(P<0.05),and reach to domestic advanced level.Conclusion The 1st cremor usus externus can be applied before vinorelbine is infused by peripheral venous.
