| 摘 要： | 口服八角麻酒提取物,对大鼠角叉菜胶性足肿胀和棉球肉芽肿有明显的抗炎作用,LD50为1290±238g/kg;角叉菜胶性足肿胀的ED50为111.4±42.1g/kg。小鼠醋酸扭体法的ED50为47.1±16.9g/kg,并与大鼠k~+透入测痛法等实验结果均有镇痛作用。以DNP为致热剂的大鼠发热试验,有较强的解热作用,但对大鼠正常体温没有明显影响。

| Abstract: | The LD50 of po Ba Jiao Ma alcoholic extracts was 1290±238g/kg, po median anti-inflammation dose (ED50)was 111.4 ± 42. 1g/kg. The carrageenin induced hind paw edema method and the cotton pellet induced granuloma test in rats showed that it had a strong anti-inflammatory effect.The po median HAc-writhing dose (ED50) was 47.1± 16.9g/kg with mouse HAc-writhing method, and the K+-permeated test in rats also had analgesic action.There was no influence on normal body temperature after administering po Ba Jiao Ma 400g/kg in rats, but on the DNP-pyretic rats it had antipyretic action. |
