| Abstract: | Hospital culture construction could derivate a couple of incentive mechanism and effective for hospital development. hospital brand , harmonious hospital patient relationship, technology innovation, human resources development and medical safety effects in Qiqihar the 1st Hospital were introduced. Hospital culture construction was one of a successful management experience. Hospital culture management under scientific development conception will be an important strategy for hospital future development. |
