| 摘 要： | 目的：观察复方苦瓜饮对实验性2型糖尿病大鼠血糖、胰岛素和胰岛素敏感指数的影响。方法：用小剂量链服佐菌素(20mg／kg，尾静脉注射)加高热量饲料建立实验性2型糖尿病大鼠模型后，用复方苦瓜饮治疗7周，测定空腹血糖，血清胰岛素，计算出胰岛素敏感指数。结果：复方苦瓜饮能降低实验性2型糖尿病大鼠空腹血糖、提高胰岛素敏感指数。结论：复方苦瓜饮具有改善实验性2型糖尿病大鼠胰岛素抵抗的作用。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the effects of compound balsam pear juice on blood sugar, insulin and insulin sensitivity index of experimental rat model of type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods: To build the rat model of type 2 diabetes mellitus by small dose injection of STZ(20 mg/kg, tail intravenous injection) and high calorie feeding, and after being treated with compound balsam pear juice for 7 weeks the content of the fasting blood sugar and serum insulin of the experimental rats were measured with the insulin sensitivity index to be calculated as well. Results: Compound balsam pear juice reduced the fasting blood sugar and enhanced the insulin sensitivity index. Conclusion: Compound balsam pear juice can relieve insulin resistance of rat model of type 2 diabetes mellitus. |
