| 摘 要： | 军队博士后制度是在国家博士后制度的基础上,以培养和造就军队高层次的科技人才为目的建立起来的长效机制。笔者通过对我院博士后工作现状的分析,指出了博士后管理工作存在的问题和改进措施,对于培养军队高层次的医学科技人才具有重要意义。 |

| Abstract: | The army postdoctoral system is a long effectual system,which bases on national postdoctoral system and aims at training high-ranking qualified scientists and technicians.The problems and improving measures were pointed out by the author during the postdoctoral administration,which has very important significance for training high-grade medical scientists and technicians in the army. |
