痰培养在治疗呼吸系统疾病中的价值应用

目的研究痰培养在治疗呼吸系统疾病中的价值,为呼吸道患者的抗感染治疗提供实验依据。方法对306例呼吸道患者的痰标本按常规方法进行涂片培养和鉴定,并按照NCCLS标准用K-B法测定细菌对临床常用药物的敏感性。结果306例呼吸系统患者痰标本检出致病菌375株,革兰氏阴性杆菌占66.7%,革兰氏阳性球菌占29.1%,念珠菌占4.2%,六种主要致病菌对常用的抗生素存在不同程度耐药,产超广谱β-内酰胺酶细菌25株,耐甲氧西林葡萄球菌14株。结论对于呼吸道患者的抗感染治疗,临床上应重视痰培养检查,明确细菌的种类分布,细菌的耐药问题,合理使用抗生素。

Value of Sputum Cultivation in the Treatment of Respiratory Disease

Objective To study the value of sputum cultivation in the treatment of respiratory diseases and supply the experiment evidence.Methods 306 sputum samples were smeared cultivated and identified the bacteria,which were measured the sensitivity to antibiotics in common use by K-B way according to NCCLS criterion.Results 375 germs were identified in the 306 sputum samples.Among which 66.7% were Gram's stain negative bacilli,29.1% were Gram's stain positive cocci,4.2% were candida.Six kinds of leading germs were resistant to antibiotics in common use in some degrees.25 germs were bacteria with ESBLS.14 germs were MRSA.Conclusion Sputum cultivation should be regarded in the treatment of respiratory contraction.It is important to identify the disease-caused germs and know their sensitivity to antibiotics,which is the experiment evidence for using antibiotics reasonablely.
