| 摘 要： | 观测１８例接受连续不卧床腹膜透析尿毒症患者血清载脂蛋白Ａ（ＡｐｏＡ）和载脂蛋白Ｂ（ＡｐｏＢ）的动态变化。结果显示，长期连续不卧床腹膜透析能降低血液中ＡｐｏＢ水平，从而改善尿毒症患者脂质代谢紊乱。

| Abstract: | erum concentration of apolipoproteins A,B was determined by single direction immunodif-fusion (SDID)in 22 normal subjects,and in 18 uremic patients who have been treated with con-tinuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis (CAPD)at the end of one year and two years. The resultsshowed that long-term CAPD lowered the concentration of ApoB and increased ApoA/ApoB.Furthermore,the change of ApoA/ApoB was earlier than that of ApoB. ApoA had no change.Therefore,long-term CAPD can improve atherosclerosis of uremic patients. |
