多针透刺配合梅花针叩刺治疗周围性面神经麻痹疗效观察

目的观察多针透剌配合梅花针叩刺治疗周围性面神经麻痹的疗效。方法将72例周围性面神经麻痹患者随机分为治疗组38例和对照组34例，治疗组采用多针透剌配合梅花针叩刺治疗，对照组采用药物治疗，进行临床疗效对比观察。结果治疗组总有效率为97．4％，对照组总有效率为83．6％，治疗组总有效率明显优于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论多针透刺配合梅花针叩刺是一种治疗周围性面神经麻痹较理想的方法。
