摘    要:目的对提供的火焰原子吸收测定酱油中铅含量的方法进行测量不确定度评定;建立火焰原子吸收测定酱油中铅的测量不确定度评定程序和方法。方法主要采用归因法或因子分析法、因果分析和归纳法。结果找出了包含对测定结果有主要或重要影响的因素,建立了对测量过程的因果关系分类图,归纳提出了测量不确定度分量的主要来源,提出了测量不确定度评定程序和方法。结论评定程序和方法符合规范要求,操作简便、结果可靠,有较高的应用价值。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the detection uncertainty of lead in sauce detected with flame AAS and to establish evaluation program and method. Methods Attribution approach or factor analysis, causal analysis and induction were adopted, Results We found out the main or important effect factors of detection result and established the causality classification chart for detection process. We concluded and advanced the main source of detection uncertainty and put forward the evaluation program and method of detection uncertainty. Conclusions The evaluation program and method fit the standard requirement and are simple and reliable. They have higher use value.
