脑缺血及腹腔注射MK801后对海马IL-1I型受体mRNA表达的影响

摘    要:本实验采用原位杂交技术,检测沙土鼠脑缺血及使用MK801后海马内IL-1I型受体mRNA表达变化。结果表明:脑缺血后海马锥体细胞层IL-1I型受体mRNA表达明显增强,而脑缺血同时腹腔注射MK801后,海马锥体细胞层IL-1I型受体mRNA表达显著降低。结果提示:IL-1及其受体可能参与缺血性脑损伤的致病机制。

Abstract:We demonstrated the changes of the expression of IL- 1Rt I mRNA in gerbil hippocmpus after cerebral ischemia and intraperitoneal injection of MK801 by in situ hybridization histochemistry. The results showed that the expression of IL-Rt I mRNA in the pyramidal cells of gerbil hippocampus greatly increased after cerebral ischemia and the effect could be decreased to the normal level by intraperitoneal injection MK801. The result suggests that IL-1 and IL- IR might take part in the mechanism of ischemia damage in brain.
