4例Castleman病临床观察及文献分析

目的:分析Castleman病的诊断和治疗方法。方法:分析4例Castleman病因的临床资料并复习相关文献。结果:本组男性2例,女性2例,年龄19～45岁。临床分型:局灶型3例,多中心型1例。病理学分型:透明血管型4例。局灶型经手术均治愈。多中心型经干扰素及联合化疗治疗后病情稳定。结论:该病诊断主要依靠病理学确定。手术、化疗可控制本病发展。

The Diagnosis and Management of the Patients with Castleman''''s Disease

Objective:To improve the diagnosis and management level of Castleman's disease (CD). Methods: Four cases of Castleman's disease were reported and literature was reviewed. Results:There were two males and two females, with age ranged from 19 to 45 years old. Clinically, three cases were classified as localized CD and one was classified as multicentric CD. According to histopathologic subclassification, all the four cases were hyaline-vascular type. The three cases of localized CD undergoing a complete surgical resection were cured. The case with multicentric CD remained asymptomatic following interferon and chemotherapy. Conclusion:The diagnosis of this disease is based on its histopathological characteristics. Surgical operation and chemotherapy may contribute to control of the disease.
