| 摘 要： | 目的探讨血浆BNP(B型利钠肽)水平在诊断心衰中的应用价值。方法采用免疫荧光法测定已确诊心衰患者38例和50例健康人血浆BNP的含量。结果心衰组血浆BNP水平显著高于健康对照组(p均<0.01),当以BNP为105pg/ml作判断心衰临界点时,具有较高灵敏度(约为95%)和特异度(约86%)。结论BNP对诊断心衰有重要的临床参考价值。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the value of level of serum BNP in diagnosis of heart failure. Methods Detect the content of serum BNP from 38 cases and 50 healthy controls using immunofluorescence. Results The level of serum BNP of case group is significantly higher than that of healthy controls (p<0.01), the sensitivity and specificity is 95% and 86% respectively when the suitable level of serum BNP is 105pg/ml. Conclusion BNP is of great value for the clinical diagnosis of heart failure. |
