| 摘 要： | 目的探讨低位直肠癌术后复发的原因及预防措施。方法回顾性分析收治的低位（肿瘤下缘距肛缘≤7cm）直肠癌126例手术治疗的患者中有随访结果的113例患者的临床资料。结果113例中复发26例，复发时间5个月至3年，复发与病理类型、病期及是否规则化疗有一定关系。结论病员自身条件是局部复发的重要因素，不按照TME原则和无瘤操作技术是术后复发不可忽视的因素，术后规则化疗是提高疗效的重要条件。

| Abstract: | Objective Investigate the causes and preventive measures of postoperative recurrence of low rectal cancer. Methods Retrospective analysis of surgical treatment of low rectal cancer. Results 26 cases of recurrence in Followed-up 113 cases, Recurrence is associated with pathological types, disease period, and chemotherapy. Conclusion Patient＇s own condition is an important factor for local recurrence, the principles of TME and non-tumor operation tech- nology can not be ignored, the regular chemotherapy after operation is an important condition to acquire satisfied effects. |
