监测脑钠肽水平评价美托洛尔治疗慢性心力衰竭的疗效

目的探讨美托洛尔对慢性心力衰竭(CHF)患者血清脑钠肽(BNP)水平的影响。方法CHF患者90例,随机分为观察组50例和对照组40例。对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上加用美托洛尔(从6.25mg渐加至50mg,每日两次)治疗6个月,对比分析治疗前后两组患者的血浆BNP水平。结果治疗后观察组血浆BNP水平(70±9ng.L-1)显著低于对照组(121±54ng.L-1)(P<0.05)。结论美托洛尔能改善心功能,降低血浆BNP水平,血浆BNP可作为评价β受体阻滞剂治疗CHF疗效的监测指标之一。

Assessment the efficacy of metoprolol in treatment of chronic cardiac failure by monitoring levels of brain natriuretic peptides

Objective To analyze the clinical significance and levels of brain natriuretic peptides in patients with chronic heart failure(CHF) pre- and post-treatment.Methods Ninety CHF patients were randomly divided into two groups: the observation group(n=50) and the control group(n=40) .Patients in the control group were treated with conventional therapy for 6 months.In addition to conventional therapy,patients in the observation group were administered with metoprolol (from 6.25mg target dosage of 50 mg twice per day)for 6 months. Plasma BNP levels were evaluated pre- and post-treatment in two groups.Results Level of plasma BNP(70±9 ng·L~(-1))in observation group was lower obviously than level of plasma BNP(121±54 ng·L~(-1))in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Metoprolol can improve heart function and reduce level of plasma BNP.Plasma BNP can be one index of evaluation of efficacy of β-blockers for CHF patients.
