兔输精管上皮细胞的扫描电镜观察

应用扫描电镜对免输精管上皮细胞进行观察:该上皮主要由柱状细胞和基细胞组成。柱状细胞微绒毛形态多样,有长和短、粗和细、分枝与不分枝、局部膨大和串珠状等之分。一般来讲,近附睾端的微绒毛细而长,近壶腹端的粗而短,精索部两种微绒毛兼而有之。微绒毛游离端形态丰富,有球状、梭形、棒槌状等。在割断面上,细胞器呈极性分布,基底部粗面内质网丰富,核上区高尔基复合体发达,顶浆区有线粒体和膜性小泡等.从附睾端至壶腹端,柱状细胞逐渐变矮,微绒毛逐渐变短增粗,细胞器逐渐减少。基细胞散见于柱状细胞之间,核相对较大,细胞器少。此外本文还根据细胞结构特征讨论了输精管上皮的分泌功能.

An Observation on the Epithelial Cells Lining the Vas Deferens of Rabbit with SEM

Observed with SEM,the epithelium of the vas deferens in rabbit is chiefly composed of columnar cells and basal cells.The microvilli of the columnar cells possess many different shapes being long or short,thin or thick, branchy or non-branchy regionally dilated or of string of beads etc.In general, the microvilli of the columnar cells adjacent to the epididymis are thinner and longer,those next to the ampulla arc thicker and shorter,the columnar cells in the region of the spermatic cord possess two types of the microvilli.The free end of the microvilli of the columnar cell also exhibits many different forms such as in giobosity,spindle,wooden club,etc.On the fracturing surface of the columnar cell, the distribution of the organelle indicates polarity:there is rich rough endoplasmic reticulum in the basal region,there are developed Golgi complexes in the supranuclear region,and there are mitochon- dria and small vesicles in the apical cytoplasmal region.From part close to the epididymis to part next to the ampulla of the vas deferens,the columnar cells gradully become shorter and shorter,the mi- crovilll becomes shorter and rougher and the organelle becomes fewer and fewer.The basal cells are lo- cated between the columnar cells.The nucleus of the basal cell is larger and the organelles are relative- ly few.In addition,discussed is the secretive function of the epithelium of the vas deferens of rabbit according to the cellular structural feature.
