宫外孕腹腔镜治疗的护理

目的介绍131例宫外孕行腹腔镜保守性手术治疗的护理体会。方法术前应给予针对性的心理护理和密切监测病情,做好术前准备;术后加强一般护理及可能的并发症的观察及护理,进行详细的出院指导,对保证良好的手术效果。结果本组131例宫外孕患者行腹腔镜保守性手术治疗成功率100%,输卵管完整保留,无一例持续性异位妊娠的发生。结论宫外孕行腹腔镜保守性手术创伤小,术后痛苦轻、恢复快、出血少、术后粘连少、并发症发生率低,且保留了患者的生育功能。

Laparoscopic Treatment of Ectopic Pregnancy Care

Objective To introduction 131 cases of ectopic pregnancy laparoscopic conservative surgery nursing experience.Methods Preoperative psychological care should be given to targeted and closely monitoring the illness and good preoperative preparation.After strengthening and possible complications of general nursing observation and care,detailed discharge guidance to ensure good outcome.Results Of 131 cases of ectopic pregnancy in patients with laparoscopic conservative surgery treatment success rate was 100%,fallopian tubes intact,with no occurrence of persistent ectopic pregnancy.Conclusion The ectopic pregnancy laparoscopic conservative surgery trauma,postoperative pain of light,fast recovery,less bleeding,less postoperative adhesions,a lower incidence of complications,and to retain the patient＇s reproductive function.
