| 摘 要： | 目的总结1991年1月至1995年11月银锌霜在48例TBSA大于30％的烧伤病人创面的应用。方法将同期应用碘络醚的35例病人作为对照,两组病人的平均年龄、烧伤面积、Ⅲ度面积无显著差别,用药方式均以半暴露为主。结果银锌霜组能显著增加细菌转阴率,减少抗生素应用时间及植皮手术次数,缩短愈合时间。结论银锌霜具有较强的抗感染能力,是大面积烧伤病人的良好外用药。

| Abstract: | Objective A propective study to evaluate the effect of SD-Ag-Zn-Azone cream on the wound healing in extensively burned patients. Methods 83 burned patients admitted from January 1991 to November 1995, with burn size exceeding 30% TBSA, were randomly allocated into two groups: SD- Ag-Zn-Azone cream was applied in 48 patients and in other 35 patients povidone-iodine was used as con- trol. Results There were no significant difference between the two groups in mean age, burn size, and in method of application. Wound infections, days of antibiotics administration, times of grafting, and healing times were remarkably reduced in SD-Ag-Zn-Azone cream group. Conclusion SD-Ag-Zn-Azone cream possesses more powerful anti-infection property and it promotes healing of burn wound. We consider it suitable for topical use in burn wound in extensively burned patients. |
