| 摘 要： | 对63例胸腔疾病进行多普勒彩色血流成像(DCFI)的研究,其中良性病23例,恶性肿瘤40例(均经手术、病理证实)。研究表明胸腔肿瘤在DCFI上表现为内部及边缘出现彩色血流,良、恶性肿瘤的显出率分别是39％及90％。本法对恶性肿瘤诊断的敏感性为90%,特异性87％,准确性88.9%,均明显高于单纯的二维超声。因此,作者认为DCFI可作为超声诊断胸腔肿瘤性质的有效手段。

| Abstract: | Sixty-three cases with pathological confirmed chest diseases were studied with Doppler Color Flow Imaging(DCFI). There are 23 benign tumors and 40 malignant tumors in 63 cases. Color blood flow in the internal or fringe of the chest diseases was shown on DCFI examining.DCFI examination is much valuable in distinguishing between malignant and benign tumors, The sensitivty, specificity and accuracy in DCFI diagnosing malignant tumor were 90%, 87% and 88.9%, which were higher than conventional US method. Therefore, DCFI should be regarded as a specific method in the diagnosis of chest diseases. |
