摘    要:根据当前我国国民营养与健康的实际情况及食品安全形势,结合医学院校现代营养与食品卫生人才培养需求,在分析对比的基础上,从教学内容、教材建设、教学方法及实验教学等方面阐述了高等医学院校食品化学课程教学改革的几点设想,旨在为提高教学效果、培养符合现代社会营养科学和食品安全与卫生管理需要的人才提供参考。

Abstract:According to the nutrition development and food safety situation in China, based on the requirements of teaching on food safety and hygiene, this paper mainly presents several tentative teaching reforms on food chemistry course in medical universities in teaching content, teaching material, teaching methods and experiments in order to improve the teaching effect and train person with ability in modern nutrition and food safety.
