超声晶氧介入治疗输卵管性不孕症198例临床研究

目的:评价超声晶氧(CPP)输卵管显像介入治疗输卵管性不孕症的结局。方法:对确诊为输卵管性不孕症患者随机分组,治疗组198例采用超声晶氧进行子宫输卵管声学造影治疗;对照组180例采用输卵管通液术。结果:治疗组198例中,一次晶氧治疗后52例双侧输卵管通畅。对于双侧或单侧输卵管梗阻患者或输卵管通而不畅患者再进行第2次或第3次的晶氧治疗,术后随访3.5年。93例妊娠并分娩,3例异位妊娠,7例流产。治疗组妊娠率及总有效率均高于对照组。结论:超声晶氧输卵管显像介入治疗输卵管性不孕,其疏通输卵管的作用明显,临床效果显著,应用方便。

Observation on Treatment of Pro-Drug-Carbamide Peroxide for Ultrasonic Contrast (for Injection) in 198 Cases with Tubal Obstruction

Objective: To evaluate the value of diagnos is and treatment of infer tile cases with tubal obstruction by using of the Pro-Drug-Carbamide Perodixide for Ultrasonic contrast (for Injection)(CPP). Methods: A ll cases that were confir med as the tubal obstruction with infertility were randomizedly divided into two groups: treatment group (198 cases) and control group (180 cases). All patients in treatment group were performed in CPP for the angiography in caustic way and control group be performed hydrotubation. Results: 52 c ases got tubal patency af ter one time CPP in all 198 patients. Treatment by CPP two or three times were g iven to those bilateral and lateral tubal full obstruction cases and /or partial obstruction cases.After follow-up of 3.5 years, 93 cases got pregnancy and deli vered, 3 cases of ectopic pregnancy, and 7 cases of spontaneous abortion. The pr egnancy rate and total effective rate in treatment group were obviously higher t han that in control group.Conclusions: CPP is a good way for treatment of tubal obstruction with effective, convenient, and obviously wel l outcome.
