| 摘 要： | 应用放射免疫分析法检测430例非甲状腺疾病血清 T_3、T_4、rT_8、TSH 的含量,与对照组进行比较,发现低 T_3者129例(占30%)。低 T_3综合征发生率最高,主要见于流行性出血热(占71.4%)及肝硬化(占61.1%)。病情越重,T_3降低越明显。表明非甲状腺疾病检测甲状腺功能,对判断病情,估计预后和疗效评定有一定价值。

| Abstract: | Serum T3,T4,rT3,TSH from 430 cases of non-thyriod diseases were examined with radioimmunoassay and their concentrations were compared with the control group.There were 129 cases with low T3 (30%).The incidence of low T3 syndrome were the highest.It was found that the incidence in epidemic hemorrhagic fever and hepatocirrhosis was resprctively 71.4% and 61.%.The results show that the more serious the sick condition was,the lower the T3 became.So it is thought that determining the thyriod fuction in patients with non-thyroid illness may be of value of diagnosis and prongnosis,and beneficial for assessment therapeutic effect. |
