我国中药材GAP种植的特点及问题

在我国加入WTO的今天,为加强我国生态平衡、环境保护和缓解入世对农业的冲击,国务院提出“退耕还林”、“退耕种草”的调产政策,有的地区出现一哄而上种药材而不管药材的质量及生产、销售等。为使中药材种植能够合理、有序、科学地发展,特根据中药材GAP种植要求,从基地建设、药种及农药残留等方面进行了阐述。

The Characters and Problems of Chinese GAP Cultivation of Traditional Medical Material

Today,after Ch inese WTO entry,State Council has raised policies of adju sting industry,i.e."return cultivated land to woods"and"return cultivated land to grass",to improve Chinese ecological bal-ance and environment protec tion,an d to alleviate the impulse of WTO acce ssion to agriculture.Some re-g ions responded disorderedly,where people concerned only the output but not qual ity,production and sales of traditional medical material.In order to develop t he cultivation of m edical material reasonably,standard-ly and scientifically ,the paper pre sents some view on the respect of cultivating base,seeds of med ical mate-rial and pesticide remainder.
