综合评价大学新生视力不良的危险因素与预防对策

目的 :综合评价该校 1990、1994与 2 0 0 1级入校新生视力不良的危险因素及其预防对策。方法 :根据国家统一的体检标准 ,检测入校新生的对数视力 ,换算为近视屈光度度数 ;发放影响视力的危险因素调查问卷。结果 :新生视力的视减率高达 6 9.19% ,与历年比较 ,有逐年上升的趋势 (P <0 .0 0 1)。视力下降的危险因素有 :用眼习惯不良、营养不当、学生负担过重、参加体育运动较少等。结论 :我校新生入校的视减率与全国平均水平相近 ,都有逐年下降的趋势。减轻学生负担 ,提倡劳逸结合 ,德智体美全面发展 ,才能更好地遏制视减率的上升趋势

COMPREHENSIVE EVALUATION OF DANGEROUS FACTORS LEADING TO POOR EYESIGHT OF THREE GRADES'''' FRESHMEN AND PREVENTIVE MEASURES

Objective:To make a comprehensive evaluation of dangerous factors leading to short eyesiht of three grades' freshmen,respectively 1994,1994 and 2000 of the university and take some preventive measure.Methods:According to the national unified standard of health check,the freshmen had their eyesight checked and the result was converted into shortseyesight diopter;Survey paper over dangerous factors was distributed among the students.Result:The reduction of freshmen's optic sense was found as high was to 69.19%.Compared with the records made in the previous years,there was a year_by_year growing tendency ( P <0.005) with poor eyesight in female studens 14.54% higher than that in male students ( P <0.001).Such factor leading to short eyesiht as reading habits,malnutrition,over work and less participation in sports activities.arouse enough attention.Conclusions:The reduction rate of freshmen's eyesight was bordering on the national average idex and this reduction was going on year by year.Some measures should be taken such as lessening on year by year.Some measures should be taken such as lessening students's over_loaded study,combination of study and leisure,well_being of intelligence and health in order to prevent increasing tendacy in the rate of poor eyesight.
