| 摘 要： | 目的分析孕妇血清甲胎蛋白(alpha-fetoprotein AFP)测定值与高危妊娠的相关性,探讨其在高危筛查中的意义。方法对5年中在门诊建立孕妇保健手册的1448例孕妇进行血清AFP测定。对测定值异常者进行重点监测。结果测定值异常341例,占筛查人数的23.55%,监测中发现有各种高危因素者254例,占监测人数的74.49%。结论AFP水平与高危妊娠具有相关性,可做为高危筛查时的风险预报。

| Abstract: | Objective:To analyze the relativity between the pregnant woman alpha-fetoprotein (AFP) value and high risk pregnancy.Methods:Serum AFP of 1 448 women who had pregnant woman manual in hospital during past 5 years were determined to monitor the women with abnormal AFP value. Results:There were 341 cases with abnormity accounting for 23.55%. The different kinds of high risk reason 254 cases were inspected and measured accounting for 74.49%.Conclusion:The level of AFP is relative with high risk illness reason and can be used as risk forecast in high risk screening. |
