结核科实习护生的压力源及心理健康状况的调查分析

目的 了解结核科实习护生的压力源以及心理健康状况并提出相应的对策。方法 对44例进入结核科实习的护生采用访谈法了解并分析其压力源，同时采用症状自评量表（SCL-90）对护生进行问卷调查。结果 通过访谈得出，结核科实习护生的压力源主要是对肺结核传染性的恐惧和对护理专业产生的矛盾心理，其次是专科理论知识的缺乏和结核病区的特殊环境等。SCL-90测试结果显示强迫症状因子、焦虑因子显著高于全国青年常模，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05），恐惧因子极显著高于全国青年组常模，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。其余各因子与全国常模比较无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论 结核科实习护生的心理健康不仅关系到护生自身的发展，也会影响医院的教学质量以及服务质量，所以应引起护生自身、教育者及管理者的重视，采取积极有效的应对方式来帮助护生缓解心理压力，保持心理健康，顺利完成实习任务。
