| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨一种快速染色方法以判断骨髓取材情况.方法:向只加有瑞氏-姬姆萨染液的髓膜上哈一口气.立即水洗、镜检以观察骨髓取材情况.结果:能较为清晰地识别骨髓特异成分.结论:向只加有瑞氏-姬姆萨染液的髓膜上哈一口气进行染色是一种理想的判断骨髓取材情况的快速染色方法.

| Abstract: | Objective:To study a fast dyeing method in judging the draw material situation of marrow.Methods:Breathing out the film of marrow only with Wright-Giemsa dye,washing with water immediately and observing the draw materials situation using microscope.Results:The peculiar composition of marrow could clearly be distinguished.Conclusion:It is a ideal and fast dyeing method in judging draw material situation of marrow by breathing out the film of marrow only with Wright-Giemsa dye. |
