胃癌碱性磷酸酶同工酶组织化学,光镜和电镜观察

摘    要:采用光间和电镜酶组织化学技术对胃癌和胃良性病变碱性磷酸酶同工酶的活性和分布进行观察,结果表明:Nagao,Regan和Kasahara同工酶在正常胃粘膜和非癌病变中均无表达,可作为胃癌的肿瘤标志;肠化上皮仅表达小肠型ALP,是肠化上皮分化成熟的标志。从ALP同工酶基因表达角度来看,两次突变假说和隐性基因突变假和说适用于胃癌。

Abstract:y using light and electron microscopic histochemicaI techniques,the activities and distributions of ALP isoenzymes in gastric cancers and benign gastric diseases were examined.The results showed:Na-gao, Regan and Kasahara isoenzymes,which were not expressed in normal gastric mucosae and non-malignant lesions, may be considered as the tumor markers of gastric cancer.The epithelium of intesti-nal metaplasia exhibited intestinal-type ALP only,which was one of the markers of well-differentiat-ed intestinal metaplasia.In the view-point of the gene expression of ALP isoenzymes, two mutation hypothesis and resessive-gene mutation hypothesis may be proper for gastric cancer.
