| 摘 要： | 应用流式细胞术和细胞免疫荧光染色技术，对乳腺良性病变和乳腺癌细胞Ｐ５３基因蛋白表达进行定量研究。结果表明，乳腺良性病变Ｐ５３蛋白表达量明显低于乳腺癌。Ｐ５３表达阳性率和表达量与乳腺癌的组织学分级密切相关，Ｐ５３表达量与乳腺癌ＤＮＡ倍体相关，非整倍体肿瘤Ｐ５３表达量高于二倍体肿瘤。Ｐ５３表达阳性（ＦＩ＞１．０）的乳腺癌，其生存期和五年生存率明显低于Ｐ５３表达阴性（ＦＩ≤１．０）的乳腺癌。
