急性淋巴细胞白血病P16基因纯合子缺失的研究

摘    要:为了解P16gene变异与急性淋巴细胞白血病(ALL)发生发展的关系。方法:采用差别PCR分析了30例ALL骨髓DNA和15例非恶性血液病骨髓DNAP16gene纯合缺失。结果:30例ALL患者骨髓DNA有10例P16gene Exon2纯合缺失,纯合缺失率为33.3%。结论:P16gene变异可能是ALL发生发展中的重要因素。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the alteration of MTS1/P 16 gene in acute lymphoblastic leukemia Methods:A total of 45 marrow DNA specimens,composed of 30 acute lymphoblastic leukemia and 15 controls marrow DNA specimens,were examined for homozygous deletion of MTS1/P 16 gene in by Differential PCR Results:The results showed that no deletions were detected in 15 controls marrow DNA examples However,10 of 30 acute lymphoblastic leukemia marrow DNA specimens were found by differential PCR with a 33 3%(10/30) WTS1/P 16 gene deletion rate Conclusion:The result suggests that MTS1/P 16 gene alteration may be an important event in the progression of acute lymphoblastic leukemia
