| 摘 要： | 目的 观察补肾活血中药物性听力损害的保护作用。方法 应用耳廓反射、听性脑干反应及耳蜗基底膜铺片技术研究了补肾活血复方对豚鼠卡那霉素（ＫＭ）耳蜗毒性的拮抗作用。结果 服用补肾活血复方的豚鼠注射ＫＭ后较单纯肌注ＫＭ组的豚鼠听力损害轻，且耳蜗外毛细胞损害的程度亦明显减轻，简明补肾活血复方中药对氨基糖甙类抗生素所造成的听力损害具有一定的保护作用。结论 为临床上运用补肾活血法防治药物中毒性聋提供了实验依据。
