| 益肾壮骨冲剂治疗骨质疏松症的疗效分析 |

| 摘 要： | 为观察补肾中药益肾壮骨冲剂对骨质疏松症的疗效，将130例诊断明确的骨质疏松症患者随机分为治疗组及对照组。治疗组80例，给予益肾壮骨冲剂；对照组50例，给予钙剂、镇痛剂。结果发现，治疗后治疗组较对照组的肾虚症侯积分均值、腰痛积分值均有明显下降（P＜0．01），腰椎（L1，L2）和粗隆处（Ward’s）骨密度值均明显升高（P＜0．05）。表明益贤壮骨冲剂能有效地延缓骨质丧失和改善其症侯。

| Abstract: | : To explore the therapeutic effect of Yishen Zhuanggu Chongji on the treatment of osteoporosis. Methods: One hundred thirty cases diagnosed osteoporosis were divided into 2 groups at random: treatment group (80 cases, treated with Yishen Zhuanggu Chongji ) and control group ( 50 cases, treated with calcium and analgesic ). Results: The score of the symptoms of deficiency of the kidney and backache decreased more evidently in treatment group than that in control group, the bone mineral density of L 1, L 2 and Ward's in treatment group was increased more significantly than that in control group. Conclusion: Yishen Zhuanggu Chongji can effectively postpone the loss of the bone and improve the symptoms. |
