| 摘 要： | 目的探讨眼挫伤所致视网膜脱离的临床特点及手术时机的选择。方法对38例(38眼)眼挫伤致视网膜脱离的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果本组巨大裂孔(≥90°)2眼(5.26%),黄斑孔3眼(7.89%),锯齿缘离断性视网膜脱离23眼(60.53%),其他部位裂孔(≤90°)10眼(26.32%)。34眼(89.47%)手术后视网膜完全复位,4眼视网膜脱离未复位(10.53%)。锯齿缘离断性视网膜脱离18只正视眼和对侧正常眼行B超测定,患眼的眼球容积、眼球轴长、赤道直径增大。结论眼挫伤引起视网膜脱离中,锯齿缘离断性视网膜脱离发生率高。手术要掌握最佳时机。
