| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨残胃癌（GSC）的外科治疗及预后。方法：回顾性分析江苏省苏北人民医院1998年7月—2008年7月收治的62例GSC患者的临床资料,并对其外科治疗手段进行评估。结果：本组病例中GSC的组织分型：高、中分化腺癌21例,低分化腺癌41例。病理分期：I期3例,Ⅱ期10例,Ⅲa期22例,Ⅲb期12例,Ⅳ期15例。1、3和5年存活率分别为86%、52%和10%,其中37例行根治性切除的患者1、3和5年存活率分别为100%、60%和25%,25例行姑息性切除的患者1、3和5年存活率分别为70%、30%和0%,根治性切除组与姑息性切除组间差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：合理的根治性手术可提高GSC患者的存活率。

| Abstract: | Objective： To investigate the surgical treatment and prognosis of gastric stump caicinoma（GSC） . Methods： The clinic data of 62 cases of GSC from July 1998 to July 2008 in our hospital were analysised retrospectively.To evaluate the clinic character and the surgical effect of GSC. Results： All patients were divided into 21 cases of well-differentiation and 41 cases of poorly-differentiation according to histotype,into 3、10、22、12、15caese respectively inⅠ、Ⅱ、Ⅲa、Ⅲb、Ⅳ stage。The survival rate in 1、3、5 year is 86%、52%、10% respectively,which of 37 radical operation and 25 palliative operationin 1、3、5 year is 100% 、60% 、25% and 70% 、30% 、0% respectively.The difference between radical and palliative group showed statistic meaning（P0.05） . Conclusion： The reasonable radical operation could improve the survival rate of patients. |
