Abstract: | Further breeding studies were carried out to investigate the polygenic control of the cellular immune response in the guinea-pig to low doses of aspirin anhydride (ASAN), penicilloylated bovine immunoglobulin (BPO-BGG) and to the multi-chain copolymer (T, G)-A-L. Although responsiveness to these three antigens is controlled by three independently segregating loci, at least one gene required for these responses is linked to the strain 13 haplotype. |
