氟西汀联合西沙比利治疗功能性消化不良42例疗效观察

目的探讨氟西汀联合西沙比利治疗功能性消化不良的临床疗效。方法选择我院2007年11月至2009年11月功能性消化不良患者83例,随机将上述患者分为2组,观察组和对照组。2组患者均给予一般治疗。对照组患者给予西沙必利,观察组患者给予西沙必利和氟西汀。2组患者共治疗8周。结果 2组患者总有效率比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论氟西汀联合西沙比利治疗能够显著改善功能性消化不良患者临床症状,临床治疗效果显著,值得借鉴。

Clinical Observation of Cisapride Combined with Fluoxetine on 42 Cases with Functional Dyspepsia

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of cisapride combined with fluoxetine on functional dyspepsia.Methods 83 cases with functional dyspepsia were selected from November,2007 to November,2009 and were randomly divided into two groups,observation group and control group.general treatment was given to two groups,and cisapride was used to control group,cisapride combined with fluoxetine was given to observation group.the course was 8 weeks in two groups.Results The total effective rate in observation group compared with that in control group,there was statistical difference（P0.05）.Conclusion Cisapride combined with fluoxetine can improved the clinical symtoms of patients with functional dyspepsia,and the clinical efficacy is significant,the therapy should be the reference for doctors.
