舟形双向调压钢板的研制与应用

摘    要:目的研制舟形双向调压钢板,使其治疗骨折更符合生物力学要求。方法 通过动物实验对舟形双向调压钢板与角形钢板,梯形钢板及矩形钢板作力学测试比较,并将舟形钢板用于临床64例骨折的治疗。结果 4种钢板强度差异无显著性,但舯形双向调压钢板体积及造形明显具优。临床应用64例获满意疗效,随访42例均正常愈合。

Abstract:Objective To meet the biodynamical requirement by manufacturing the boat shaped steel plate with adjustable pressure in two directions in treating fracture. Methods The boat shaped steel plate, the angled steel plate, the ladder shaped and the rectangled steel plate have been tested and compared through experiments.The boat shaped steel plate was applied in treating 64 cases of fracture. Results There is no obvious difference in the strength among the four kinds of steel plate but the first has a better shape and bulk. Satisfied results were achieved in 64 cases and 42 cases were found in normal healing. Conclusion The plate has streamline appearance, and is good for soft tissues around. It can meet the biodynamical needs, the complication can be decreased, stress concentration can be avoided and the pressure between them can be controlled with adjustable pressure.
