| 摘 要： | 通过32例高颅压患者甘油和甘露醇交替给药的疗效比较,结果显示两药的总有效率及降ICP作用类似;但两药降ICP的显效时间、持续时间不同,尿量及尿比重也有显著差异。所以甘露醇适于急性颅压增高患者的急救,而甘油适于需长期脱水治疗的患者。

| Abstract: | In 32 patients with intracranial hypertension recieved alternatively glycerol and mannitol, Houlever, The effect on the ICP With mannitol is. signeficantly earlier and shorter. Mean duration after intravenous infusion of glycral is longer. The other advantage of glycerol was little a diuresis and the ureic specific gravity was mormal. So that patients reduced ICP of long time selected the glycerol was beneficial. |
