彩色多普勒超声和乳腺钼靶摄片对乳腺癌诊断的研究

目的探讨彩色多普勒超声和乳腺钼靶摄片联合检查对乳腺癌的诊断价值。方法以术后病理结果为金标准,比较术前两种检查方法的诊断准确性。结果对93例乳腺癌患者,彩色多普勒超声、乳腺钼靶摄片的诊断符合率分别为65.3%、68.1%,两者联合的诊断符合率86.9%,与前者相比差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。对早期乳腺癌彩色多普勒超声、钼靶诊断符合率分别为42.1%、63.2%,两者联合的诊断符合率84.2%。结论联合检查可以明显提高乳腺癌的检出率。

Comparative Study on Color Doppler ultrasonography and Mammography in Diagnosis of Breast Carcinoma

Objective To investigate the value of Color Doppler uhrasonoga＇aphy and mammography for breast carcinoma. Methods The diagnostic accuracy of the above two imagining methods were analyzed in compared with each other on the basis of the postoperative pathological results. Results Among 93 patients with breast carcinoma, diagnostic conforming rate of computer color doppler ultrasound, mammography were 65.3% ,68.1%, respectively. Diagnostic conforming rate of two - combination（86.9% ） was higher than each alone, there were significant among them（ P 〈 0.05 ）. For the early -stage breast cancer, diagnostic conforming rate of mammography was higher between them. Diagnostic conforming rate of two of them combination was 84.2%. Conclusions Combined detection could significantly improve the diagnostic conforming rate of breast cancer.
