抗Plasmodium inui单克隆抗体亲和力的研究

摘    要:本文对建立的两株抗Plasmodium inui单克隆抗体亲和力进行了研究,结果发现,通过混合及偶联单克隆抗体能显著提高抗体的亲和力,提高抗原检测试验的敏感性,同时减少用不同法方处理的抗原对抗原抗体反应亲和力的影响。

Abstract:We have prepared four hybridomas secreting immunoglobulin G monoclonal antibodies ( McAbs ) against Plasmodium inui. Two McAbs were used to study their affinity for antigen. The study showed that mixing of two McAbs can enhance their affinity for antigen, increase the sensitivity of immunoassay for detecting an-tigen, meanwhile, decrease the influence on affinity exerted by different way. of treating antigen. We also have observed that using glutaraldehyde to coupling two molecules of McAbs could enhance affinity of the antibody for antigen.
