舒适护理在新生儿黄疸光疗中的应用

目的:探讨舒适护理在新生儿黄疸光疗中的应用效果.方法:将68例接受光疗的黄疸患儿随机分为对照组和干预组各34例,两组患儿均采用暖箱加双面蓝光持续照射治疗,照射过程中每间隔2h给患儿更换体位1次.对照组患儿采用常规护理,干预组患儿在此基础上给予相应的舒适护理措施,比较两组患儿基础护理合格率和家长满意度,住院时间、住院费用及光疗副作用发生率.结果:干预组基础护理合格率和家长满意度均高于对照组(P＜0.05),平均住院时间、住院费用低于对照组(P＜0.05);光疗副作用中,干预组皮疹发生率低于对照组,有统计学意义(P＜0.05),腹泻、发热等发生率虽低于对照组,但无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论:舒适护理有利于提高黄疸患儿光疗的护理质量和安全性,减少住院时间和费用,值得临床推广应用.

Application of comfortable nursing in phototherapy of jaundiced newborns

Objective： To discuss the application effect of comfortable nursing in phototherapy of jaundiced newborns.Methods：The 68 jaundiced newborns received phototherapy were randomly divided into control group and intervention group with 34 cases in each group.Two groups of children were the warm box with double blue light for treatment,the irradiation process every 2 hour for children to change positions one time.Patients in the control group with conventional care,the intervention group were given corresponding nursing measures,compared the qualified rate and satisfaction rate of basic nursing,length of hospital stay,hospitalization cost and the incidence of phototherapy associated adverse reaction between the two groups.Results：The intervention group basic nursing pass rate and parents′ satisfaction were higher than control group（P＆lt;0.05）,the average length of stay,hospital costs were lower than those in the control group（P＆lt;0.05）,the incidence of rash,side effects of light therapy in the intervention group were lower than the control group,there was statistically significant（P＆lt;0.05）,the incidence of diarrhea,fever,although lower than the control group,but not statistically significant（P＆gt;0.05）.Conclusion： The comfortable nursing in phototherapy of jaundiced newborns is helpful in improving the quality and the safety of nursing,and reduc the hospitalization cost,it is worthy of clinical application.
