| 摘 要： | 目的探讨组织谐波显像对泌尿系结石的诊断价值.方法对156例结石患者进行基波和组织谐波对比观察.结果组织谐波显像对结石病灶的边缘及内部回声显示较清楚,尤其对输尿管结石明显优于基波显像.结论组织谐波显像能明显提高图象的反差及对比度,改善图象质量,使泌尿系结石的阳性显示率和诊断准确性明显提高.

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the tissue harmonic imaging in examination of urinary calculus.Methods Comparison of tissue harmonic imaging with fund amental wave in 256 patients with urinary calculus.Results The tissue harmonic imaging was more clear and better than fundamental wave in displ aying edge of calculus and internal echo, particularly in urinry calculus.Conclusions The tissue harmonic imaging evidently improves the contr ast and imaging quality, so that the positive rate and diagnostic accuracy of ca lculus would be upgraded. |
