胃溃疡的手术治疗与保守治疗对比分析

目的观察胃溃疡不同手术治疗与保守治疗的疗效。方法选取胃溃疡患者为观察对象,随机分为手术组180例,对照组220例。对照组给予常规内科保守治疗。手术组按照胃溃疡的不同分型给予手术治疗。比较两组疗效、临床症状改善情况及6、12个月后复发率。结果两组患者症状均有不同程度的缓解,胃镜检查级别均有所提高;与对照组相比,手术组疼痛、上腹饱胀、出血、穿孔和梗阻发生率明显降低(P<0.05);与对照组相比,手术组溃疡6、12个月复发率均明显降低(P<0.05)。结论根据胃溃疡不同分型选择术式,术后疗效、临床症状改善显著,复发率低。

The Comparative Analysis of Surgical Treatment and Conservative Treatment Peptic Ulcer

Objective To observe the different surgical treatment of gastric ulcer and the efficacy of conservative treatment. Methods The gastric ulcer patients to observe the object, operation group 56, control group 56. Control group was given routine medical conservative treatment. Operation group, according to different sub-types for surgery. We compared efficacy, clinical improvement and 6, 12 months after the relapse rate. Results Patients of two groups with symptoms of varying degrees of ease, and endoscopy were higher levels; with the control group compared to surgical group pain, bloating, bleeding, perforation and obstruction were significantly lower（P〈0.05）; with the control group tompared to surgical group ulcer for 6, 12 months, recurrence rates were significantly lower（P 〈 0.05）. Conelusions According to the ulcers of different sub-types choose surgical and postoperative effects, clinical symptoms improved significantly, the recurrence rate is low.
