不稳定型心绞痛血液流变性障碍及脉络宁的治疗作用

摘    要:目的 :探讨脉络宁注射液对冠心病不稳定型心绞痛血液流变性的影响及其疗效。方法 :将 87例冠心病不稳定型心绞痛患者随机分为脉络宁组和对照组 ,观察二组患者治疗前后的血液流变性变化和临床疗效。结果 :治疗后二组血液流变学指标均有不同程度下降 ,与治疗前相比 ,脉络宁组除血沉外各项指标均有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 1) ,而对照组仅血浆比粘度有显著差异 (P <0 .0 1)。临床疗效脉络宁组明显高于对照组 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :冠心病不稳定型心绞痛患者存在血液流变性障碍 ,脉络宁静滴可以改善其血液流变性异常。对冠心病不稳定型心绞痛 ,以一般药物治疗基础上加用脉络宁治疗疗效要优于仅仅采用一般药物治疗的疗效

Abstract:Objective: To explore the role of Mailuoning injection for patients with unstable angina pectoris(UAP) and the effect of improving the hemorrheological properties.Method: 87 cases of patients with UAP were randomly divided into control group and Mailuoning groups,to compare the curative effect and changes of hemorrheological properties after and before treatment in two groups.Results: Compared with the control group,all of the abnormal hemorrheological indexes were significantly improved except for erythrocyte sedimentation in Mailuoning group( P<0.01 ).There was more clinic effective in Mailuoning groups than in control group.Conclusion: Mailuoning has obvious effect on improving abnormal hemorrheological.Mailuoning is more effective in treating patients with UAP than with routine medicien alone.
